Project

Since February 2025 I’ve been advising customers at the concert box offices of the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg.

Every day I see how events, contingents, price structures and sales processes work in practice, and where they need extra attention. I work with several ticketing systems and got deep into the newly introduced Jet-Inhouse, regularly helping colleagues with questions and troubleshooting.
